- Always detangle your hair before washing. Use a wide-tooth comb or brush to eliminate hair being pulled out during the detangling process.
- Detangle the hair by combing from the bottom and working your way to the roots!
- If there is excess residue on the lace please remove it before washing. (GLUE OR TAPE)
- You MUST separate the hair in your frontal or closure and comb gently when detangling because those hairs are more SENSITIVE, and you do not want your lace BALDING.
- Wet your wig fully before applying SULPHATE-FREE shampoo. Always wash your wigs in lukewarm water ( hot water causes more damage and more tangling during the wash process)
- Repeat the shampoo process twice!
- Rinse hair well. (If your wig is fuller than the average wig: you would want to make sure you have completely washed the inside of the entire wig)
- You may condition the hair as normal. A DEEP CONDITION will give you a better outcome. (Allow the wig to soak in conditioner for at least 15-20 minutes for a silkier result.
- Blonde 613 wigs should be washed with purple or blue shampoo to ensure the vibrating color doesn’t dissolve.
- AIR drying your wig will ensure that it will last as long as possible, but you may blow dry the hair as well.
- ALWAYS USE HEAT PROTECTANT WHEN USING HOT STYLING TOOLS!!
